Deposit for Inclusive Combo (Car- Tickets-Hotel)

The deposit (50%) is in VND has to be paid 15 days before the day of arrival. The rest payment can be done on the first day of pick-up (by transfer/cash VND, Rm, Baht, RMB or USD) with the latest current rate.

Deposit for Car Service or Car service + Tickets Combo

The deposit (20%) is in VND has to be paid 7 days before the day of arrival. The rest payment can be done on the last day drop-off (by transfer/cash VND, Rm, Baht, RMB or USD) with the latest current rate.

Deposit for Car Service or Car service + Tickets Combo for a packet under 5.000.000 VND

Cancelation Policy Namfatour

For private and small group 2-20 Person

• Inclusive Combo (Car- Tickets-Hotel): Cancelations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit (less ticket and reservation fees).
• Car Service or Car service + Tickets Combo: Cancelations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100 % refund or future travel credit.
• Any Cancelations made between 48 hours before the tour to the end of the tour, please contact us.
• If you have an exceptional reason such as a health concern, natural disaster, or flight cancelation, please contact us.
• If you need to cancel due to a personal plan disruption, please contact us.

For big groups of 21 person

• Inclusive Combo (Car- Tickets-Hotel): Cancelations made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit (less ticket and reservation fees).
• Car Service or Car Service + Tickets Combo: Cancelations made between 15 days to 4 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100 % refund or future travel credit.
• Any Cancelations made 4 days before the tour to the end of the tour, please contact us.
• If you have an exceptional reason such as a health concern, natural disaster, or flight cancelation, please contact us.
• If you need to cancel due to a personal plan disruption, please contact us.
